  This Walmart is convenient. The smaller selection makes shopping trips very easy. Their consistent staffing issues, however, can make shopping here a frustrating experience. There are often bare shelves and no open registers while groups of employees stand around different areas of the store talking.

  Their stocking abilities are absolutely terrible. Every time I go into the store they never have at least 3 of the things that I went in for. Also I will not buy produce or meat from there because I've seen how long it gets left out. It's disgusting. Not to mention the fact that the store itself is filthy and I wouldn't use the bathroom there even if I were paid to. For a store in Village of Greendale I would raise my standards.

  Two of the three pharmacists ( Carrie and Terry) seem to be too overwhelmed with customers and the work load to be working in such a high pace retail store like Wal-Mart. When confronted with issue or questions both are known to walk away from the counter without resolution. I've been given false information and excuses from both pharmacists. The pharmacy is also almost always "out of stock" of the monthly medication I require. Between the timid pharmacists and lack of medication I don't think customer service is important enough for them. I wouldn't recommend this particular pharmacy. I've switched pharmacies (to a bigger faster pace store) and have had nothing but great customer service and pleasant experience.
